Delete your account and data

Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app

• Open the Dazzo app and sign in
• Go to Profile → Settings → Account
• Tap Delete account and confirm

Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records — see below.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@dazzo.in from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll verify your identity and confirm once your data has been removed.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information — name, email, phone number, photos
• Your storefront, listings, and creator content
• Your dazzIQ analytics history
• Saved payment and payout details

What we may retain

Some information may be kept for a limited period after deletion where required by law or legitimate business need, such as:

• Transaction and payout records, for tax and accounting compliance
• Records needed to resolve an open dispute, chargeback, or investigation
• Anonymized or aggregated usage data that no longer identifies you

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
